A graduate of Allegheny College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Morgan has been practicing criminal law in Chautauqua County for over a decade.
Having started his career in the Public Defender’s office, he is well-versed in all aspects of the criminal justice system. His practice focuses on criminal, eviction, landlord-tenant, parole, and administrative law.

Ms. Morgan received her law degrees from the University of Zagreb and the University of Pittsburgh and is double-qualified in the EU and NYS.
She had previously served as the County Attorney of Chautauqua County, Social Services Attorney and the Deputy Chief Clerk of Chautauqua County Family Court.
